It actually doesn't make any sense to say :
" 2010 sucked, i hope 2011 will be a better year."
weird eh?
been thinking about it and I wouldn't say it sucked.
Maybe at various points of 2010, yes.
But others?
Well, they are neutral/good times.
so technically 2010 didn't sucked.
Anyway, every year will be the same.
There's the ups and then there's the down.
what can you do?
complain at the end of 2011.
" 2011 sucked, i hope 2012 will be a better year."
